What to Expect When Selling Your Home

I realize this is a momentous step that will affect you and your family and I would be honored to be a part of it. My mission statement, “If it's important to you, it's important to me,” is how I truly approach my real estate business. I want to address your every need as thoroughly as I can.

My office is open every Monday through Friday from 9:00 until 5:00 and by appointment on Saturday and Sunday. The McCurdy Team has a full time support staff available to answer your questions and address any and all concerns you may have. We also have 24-hour voicemail and email.

Staging your home
Presentation is important when showing your home to potential buyers. Follow these steps to make your home sparkle! You will want your home to sparkle inside and out.

Photos
If you decide to list with me and The McCurdy Team, you will be contacted directly by our marketing representative to have interior and exterior photos of your house taken. The day of your photos, please try to have your home at its best! These photos will be immediately posted to the internet.

Sign placement
Expect a sign to appear in your yard within 72 hours of your signed listing agreement. If for some reason your sign does not arrive, please contact us immediately!

Brochures
Brochures will be designed, printed and delivered either by mail or directly to the house.

Setting appointments
All of your showing appointments will be set and confirmed with you by our front desk receptionists.
